run all tests script

During the work on PR #143 @szabo137 suggest to add an script, which runs all tests of all QED packages, which means effective run all integrations test. After the PR #143 is merged, I add a feature, which creates such script in the QED repo prefix folder after all QED project dev environments are setup.
