Add pipeline badge

It would be nice to add the following badge to all the packages:

Maybe one could add two badges, one for the pipeline of the main branch and one for the dev branch.

One could also consider adding these badges to the landing page of the whole organization, which would serve as a convenient overview over the current status of the whole framework.
