AZ VM -- ssh not connecting... After AZ Firewall setup

Hi,
After creating my Firewall setup, I created a VM in one of my subnet and tried to connect from SSH terminal.
Got the following error:

$ ssh virtualmachine@52.186.147.122
ssh: connect to host 52.186.147.122 port 22: Connection timed out

Below is my AZ Firewall Rule Collection screenshot:

In my VM, Port 22 is in allow...

Please let me know if you need any other information.
If anyone tried on this, kindly help me to resolve the same.
