From 2d6f64b9a03beda62ad824f6958fc194c0f70772 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Matt McKay Date: Tue, 1 Sep 2026 09:15:16 +1000 Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Record the 2026-09-01 register review in both diverged manifests #39's post-migration review kept both frozen copies deliberately. The register's own rule is that an entry and its manifest must not diverge, so each integrity.upstream.note now says the delta was reviewed and kept, and why, rather than only that it exists. CATALOG.md does not render the note, so it is unchanged. See #39.
