Guppy libraries (as tracked in Quantinuum/guppylang#1481) needs documenting, including, but not limited to:

• A basic libraries workflow that starts with library Guppy code, consuming Guppy code, and ends with a single executable Hugr that may be passed to an emulator (including a running example)
• More extensive option documentation once available.
