In particular, a user has requested number of time slices used in the circuit as run on the device.
I suggest this be implemented as a new pytket Backend abstract method, which takes a ResultHandle and returns some arbitrary (json?) data; this can then be instantiated by the QuantinuumBackend using whatever data is available.
