p-type expansion

At the moment, we always treat it like s-type expansion. However, sometimes we should treat it as n-type expansion. We don't know when to do what.

actually, I am not sure if it should ever be treated as n-type expansion

instead I think there are scenarios where it should be treated instead like coordination-expand, where a preposition is turned into a frame so that it wraps around a gate
