No Sieve for Basic Sieve

Wood has 0/0 uses, iron not possible to get until you sieve some stuff. Same with Diamond. There is also a gold mesh that needs sieving but has 0/0 uses. Currently gets you a little stuck since you need to get a saw to get dirt
