epic(release): ship 0.4.11 from dev (UI standard, shell UX, export, parity)

Context

GitHub Latest Release is still 0.4.10 (2026-07-11). Product work after that lives on origin/dev (~27 commits / ~+5.8k LOC) and is not on main yet.

Closed epics already merged to dev (issues closed, no open backlog):

• epic(ui): establish universal UI standard across all database drivers and sandboxed extensions #322 Universal UI standard (+ enhancement(marketplace): extend SDUI RPC protocol with getCapabilities, getServerStats, getObjectDDL, and cancelQuery #323–enhancement(ui): add universal data export (CSV, JSON, Markdown, SQL dump) to ResultsTab #326)
• bug(ui): fix column width state synchronization in VirtualResultGrid #331–enhancement(performance): optimize large SQL result set mapping and DDL rendering #334 grid/pools/timeout/result mapping
• epic(ui): harden desktop shell UX, accessibility, and visual consistency #339 shell UX hardening (merged feat(ui): harden empty workspace and shell overlays (#339) #340)

Goal

Ship 0.4.11 as the next GitHub Release from current dev product delta + release hygiene.

Release blockers (must do)

• Sync main → dev — main is ahead with release/CI commits (0.4.10 tag prep, ci(release): fix Release workflow parse error for secrets in if #321 secrets-if, pubspec bumps). dev still has pubspec 0.4.9+1 and missing CHANGELOG section for 0.4.10.
• Write CHANGELOG.md [0.4.11] from Unreleased work (epic(ui): establish universal UI standard across all database drivers and sandboxed extensions #322–feat(ui): harden empty workspace and shell overlays (#339) #340). Keep [0.4.10] intact (today only on main).
• Bump pubspec.yaml to 0.4.11+N (do not ship as 0.4.12 — current main build numbers are CI noise, not product releases).
• Update docs/roadmap.md — mark 0.4.7–0.4.10 shipped; add 0.4.11 shipped / next planned. (dev roadmap is more stale than main.)
• PR dev → main (or release/0.4.11), green CI workflow.
• Manual QA per Obsidian / docs/release-checklist.md (extensions, export formats, MySQL/SQLite parity, shell empty hero, updater sees Latest).
• Annotated tag 0.4.11 + GitHub Release assets.

• ~19 older remote branches already squash-merged via PRs but tip ≠ ancestor of main — safe cleanup candidates.
