Feature Request: Add JPEG-XL (JXL) Support

JPEG-XL, an alternative to the EXR file format and now considered the standard HDR-supported image format, should be added.

jpeg-2000 is already supported, but none of the ffmpeg files I tried worked in Dolby Professional Tools if that's what you wanted to do.

JPEG-XL is still in the testing phase in Chrome and Firefox, but is expected to be completed this year. Other companies are waiting for Google to finish. Within a few years, every social media platform, program, etc., will gain support. ffmpeg gained JPEG-XL support with version 8.0. JPEG-XL has PQ and HLG support (and also 16-bit support). Unlike TIFF and JPEG 2000, which use float, everyone who uses EXR agrees that JPEG-XL should be an intermediate format (and this is also being requested in other sectors).
