i just want to convert mkv DV to mp4 DV files so my lg tv can play them. could've been an user misuse as well. can you explain what should i do for this process?

I already told you how to fix it.
The problem is the new mp4box(GPAC2.0), so go into the tools folder and delete the ''GPAC2.0'' folder and rename/replace it with the ''GPAC2.0 OLD'' folder.
