RB3E+Xbox 360+SSD == inconsistent launch

I believe this is a known issue, but documenting in hopes it can be fixed some day:

When using RB3E on an RGH 360 that has a SSD HDD, RB3E's ability to launch when RB3 (or RB3DX) launches is not reliable. Actual launch success rate is around 2-in-10 attempts. Reliability is sometimes improved if a different game is launched on the console prior to launching RB3, but not sure if that is a red herring or not.

Same drive configuration on a platter-based HDD launches 10-out of 10 times.

A Question, has it happened a lot if you are online?
And I have the same issues if I am connected online with proto.

If I am offline, the RB3E loads 10/10 times.

(Xbox 360 Slim Corona), And... I think my case is using an og HDD (I didn't open the HDD slot but It's a 250GB but I am going to change to a SSD soon.)
