Does not work with USB Loader GX on Wii

When the latest version of USB Loader GX is configured to load the alt DOL from the SD card, the following screen is seen:

This then loads into a permanent black screen and nothing can be done except forcefully shutting down the Wii.

I see this, but then eventually sometimes it does load.
