Run non-disruption audit (original Step 8) #101

Description

@RE-codes

Story

As a maintainer, before declaring MVP complete, I need to confirm the plugin is fully reversible — all native Obsidian behaviors continue to work with the plugin enabled, and toggling it off restores pre-plugin behavior.

Tasks

  • Run the Non-Disruption Checks list from plan/gfm-fragment-links-plan.md § Step 8:
    • Backlinks pane lists sources of GFM markdown links targeting the current file.
    • Graph view edges include GFM cross-file links unchanged.
    • [[Wikilink]] navigation works.
    • #tag chips open tag pane.
    • External URLs open in default browser.
  • Toggle the plugin off in Settings → Community Plugins. Confirm GFM fragment clicks revert to pre-plugin (broken) behavior — i.e., the plugin's effect is fully reversible.
  • Toggle back on. Confirm normal navigation resumes.
  • Record results in plan/QA-log.md under a new "Non-Disruption Audit" section.

Acceptance Criteria

  • All five non-disruption checks GREEN in plan/QA-log.md.
  • Plugin enable/disable toggle is fully reversible.
