Epic: MVP Completion Gate

[RE-codes]

Goal

Hold the bar for "MVP done." Each child is a concrete checkbox on the personal-MVP completion gate from plan/maintainability-plan-of-attack.md § MVP Completion Gate.

This epic should be the last to close. Its children depend on Epics 1, 2, 6, 10, and the QA findings throughout. The MVP is not done until every child here is closed.

Definition of Done

• All MVP gate checklist items in plan/maintainability-plan-of-attack.md are checked off.
• npm test and npm run check pass.
• README documents deferred limitations.
• Manifest is isDesktopOnly: true.
• A merge to main is tagged v0.1.0 (or whatever the agreed MVP version).
