Check if SAPBERT is significantly faster without the filter as compared to with the filter

Yaphet thinks that might be the case. With Redis we saw a clear benefit with using the filter, but QDRANT it looks like it actually works the other way around: adding a filter appears to slow things down! Counter-intuitive.
