arm64 conda support

I'm trying to move away from Rstudio to vscode + conda R install + Jupyter notebooks, because it has far better copilot integration.  Is there any chance of the community making arm64 conda installations of CATALYST, flowCore etc?

Someone seems to have made one, but it does not seem to work
