I'm interested in NODDI surface mapping with my multi-shell dwi data, but am concerned that my resolution (2.5mm iso) is insufficient for doing so accurately. I'm wondering if you have any recommendations on minimum requirements for input data for using this tool and/or guidance on best practices for dwi data with lower resolution.
