Support for ROCm 7.1.1 and gfx1151?

Hi, my system is AMD RYZEN AI MAX+ PRO 395 with Radeon 8060s.

I have tried this installation guide pip3 install amd-hipdf==2.0.0 --extra-index-url=https://pypi.amd.com/rocm-7.0.2/simple and then encountered segmentation fault

I would also be glad if there would be support for higher pandas and numpy version.

I hope the support for my system will be delivered soon.
