Unsupported Fortran intrinsics / constructs

Add:

* [x] `amax1`
* [x]  `amin1`
* [x]  `nint`
* ...

* [x] Labeled DO-WHILE loop
* [ ] parse interfaces on module level and give subprograms an interface name

Fix:

* [x] max seems not to be implemented correctly
