hipdnn integration tests fail due to hip-kernel-provider CalcStats remainder loop

The following hip-dnn-integration tests fail with the hip-kernel-provider mlops batchnorm kernels

[  FAILED  ] Full/IntegrationGpuBatchnormBackwardCalcStats3dFp16.Correctness/0, where GetParam() = (NCDHW, (dims:[1, 16, 8, 112, 112] seed:1))

This is due to the same bug described in #9031 and an identical fix should be applied to the hip-kernel-provider
