BISG core function runs BISG repeatedly before throwing error for invalid geographies #3
Description
Currently, if incorrect values are passed in the geography column, the BISG function tries to execute on those incorrect entries for every census geographic level. This effectively runs BISG 4 times before an error is thrown. Could probably be avoided by first validating the content of the geography column.
