A request for blurred background image

Hi,

Thank you guys for your awesome work, this is the only working background image plugin I found on the Internet.

Would it be possible to develop a feature to blur and adjust the opacity of the background image? Then this plugin would be perfect since it would give more options.

I don't use hyper anymore, and I'm busy with college finals right now, so I can't provide any timeline or ETA
Since there's seemingly demand for this feature, I may consider working on it in the next week or so after finals end

Any PRs to add this functionality may be appreciated though
