Problem accessing report on (new) staging site

@alexsmithRTI : When I went to the library and clicked on the report link for job 293 (GUID: 4fede456-ddbb-420a-94e2-94828730c339), I got the attached error (using Chrome browser). Here's some of the error message:

Server Error in '/' Application.
Qt: Untested Windows version 6.2 detected!
Error: Failed loading page http://staging.evaluationengine.org/Analysis/Step4PDFCover/293 (sometimes it will work just to ignore this error with --load-error-handling ignore)

Probably needless to say, but I suspect this is an issue on production too.

Update: If I use the link in the job completion email to access the report, I can see the HTML version, but I get the same error when I click to download the PDF version.

I have a solution for this, and it is not a problem for the TELX sites, just the new ones moved to RTP. I can make this change everywhere but the new production instance (which will take more time).
