How to enable Upcoming Modules of this great plugin

First of all, thank you and congratulations for this amazing plugin!
On my configuration page, it is impossible to enable Upcoming Modules.
Can you tell me how to allow their activation in order to continue testing all current and future features?

Maybe I will develop some personal modules. Do you have an area to submit modules?
