So I just downloaded the new version and tried updating my mods.
I took the patch files from one mod and dropped them in the audio tool. However, the audio tool suddenly added Archives I never used and highlighted IDs I never touched.
It also removed some of the Audios I had imported.
In this Screenshot you see a Mod that was supposed to just replace the Explosion and Descent Sound of the 500KG. After the new update tho, it added the Archives for Vehicles and Stratagems.
