ADDITIONS AND CHANGES

• changed the window orientation from vertical to horizontal
• changed color of advanced heat vent from dark red to dark gray
• now to use heat vents you need to use Heat Outlets (to make them work anywhere) or to place it near fuel cell
• a bit refactored the code
• added new block types - Heat Outlets, Neutron Reflectors, Reactor Platings (the last blocks that i wanted to add)

BUG FIXES

• fixed bug that when you holding "H" key on pause you could remove all of the heat from reactor
• now when pausing the game you see reactor info

i could forgot something that i added, changed, fixed

and FINALLY Virus Total doesnt say that this game has viruses :)

• moved to .NET 6
• fixed some bugs (i forgot which i fixed exactly gonna note them next time)
