Don't worked recording voice

Hi!
I have a problem like this, when I run this repository repo and go to the site at localhost: 8080 everything is fine. But when I go to a valid ip (for example 192.168.88.252:8080) voice recording does not start ((

I am not a js developer, so I would be grateful for your help)
