Reconcile the preserved dirty home checkout after merge #10

Description

@ReidSurmeier

A user-owned home checkout contains the July documentation and Point2 work that this PR preserved through a clean Orca worktree. It also contains local agent files and generated analysis output that were intentionally not published.

Agent brief:

  • do not reset, clean, delete, or move the preserved checkout
  • after the documentation PR merges, compare its tracked and untracked state against the exact merged tree
  • classify every remaining delta as merged, local tool state, generated output, or unresolved source material
  • produce a proposed additive archive or move map for anything that should leave the top-level home directory
  • update the central workspace registry to point only at the canonical clean checkout

Acceptance criteria:

  • no unique source or evidence is lost
  • every remaining delta is accounted for with hashes where material
  • the checkout is left untouched unless a separately approved move map exists
  • the central audit no longer mistakes it for the canonical repository.
