Scope:
- confirm the Point2 host is reachable through the approved tailnet path
- before deploying anything, run the five opt-in integration contracts with CONWAY_RUN_LIVE_TESTS=1 and CONWAY_TEST_TARGET set explicitly
- capture service identity, browser target, canvas mapping, framebuffer bounds, relay-safe idle, and GPIO ownership
- leave the installation in its documented kiosk-on, controller-stopped boundary unless a reviewed change says otherwise
Acceptance criteria:
- all five live contracts pass against the reachable host, or each failure is recorded with sanitized evidence
- the exact tested repository commit and observation time are recorded
- PROJECT.md and the issue are updated without claiming unobserved physical state
