The wiring packet records two 5 V supplies, protective earth distribution, relay-switched LED-panel power, an always-on controller supply, three fans, an AHT20 sensor, and six panels. Documentation is not a substitute for a qualified physical inspection.

Human safety review:

• verify protective-earth continuity to both power supplies and exposed conductive parts
• confirm conductor gauges, fusing, strain relief, terminal torque, polarity, clearance, and enclosure airflow
• measure steady-state and startup current on controller and display branches
• test relay isolation, START and STOP behavior, UPS power-loss behavior, and thermal response under representative load
• decide whether a physical thermal cutoff is required

Acceptance criteria:

• dated measurements and inspector identity are preserved in approved records
• any unsafe condition blocks public operation until corrected
• resulting wiring or threshold changes update the BoM, diagram source, generated artifacts, tests, and conservation manual.
