SOAP WSDL comparison does not work

When testing on https://community.workday.com/sites/default/files/file-hosting/productionapi/versions/index.html versions 33.0 and 34.2, pairs of DEL/INS changes are detected where the given operation does not change.

On https://geoservices.tamu.edu/Services/Geocode/WebService/v04_01/Simple/SOAP/ with previous v03_01 version, no operations are compared at all.
