Initial version with very crude functionalities
- Database configuration: coastline, depth, output variables, grids...
- Download sea-state parameters of the FIELD grid from Casandra database;

- Helpers to plot maps (e.g. bathymetry or spatial statistics);
- Plot 1D and 2 spectrum;
