pytest fails: 1. missing unet-r101 in hugging face, 2. missing gdalbuildvrt

1.FAILED tests/unit/test_hf_hub_models.py::test_load_unet_models - huggingface_hub.utils._errors.RepositoryNotFoundError: 401 Client Error. -> was able to solve by remove the unet-r101 option in tests/unit/test_hf_hub_models.py

2. FAILED tests/unit/test_semantic_segmentation.py::test_segmentation - FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'gdalbuildvrt'

The first error is because we don't have resnet 101 uploaded I think, I'll check that.

The second error is because you don't have GDAL installed.

yeah, need to install gdal separately. maybe better to provide the exact version in the yaml file.

Hmm also not in the conda env file. Thanks for pointing that out.
