Interactive PIXI objects to change layers

Layer changing is hidden in the menu, so having a PIXI-level element that could be tapped to change the layer would be a great way to switch layers without having to access the menu elements.

Particularly desirable for Mario 3 Redrawn; arrows to move forwards and backwards between worlds.

• Interactive should allow for events to fire
• ButtonMode will make the cursor behave as if it's a button when hovering over the element
