Comment indicator on achievement summary

When looking through the achievement lists of games I haven't played before, but would like to gather as many/all achievements I often look into the achievements itself and see if anyone has posted something that helps me before starting the game like guides, screenshots, links etc.

It would help me, and hopefully others, to have a non-intrusive indicator if there are any comments, maybe even with the amount of them.

Some rough ideas:

Hi! Thanks for opening this discussion.

This feature has actually be fully implemented in the past, but it was scrapped while being tested. The reason why is older achievements accumulate a lot of noise and spam over time. What you're really looking for is helpful comments. I've outlined my plan to address this here: #4196
