Completion Progress: All tiered events are "Unfinished"

Describe the bug
Despite getting the award on profile for full or partial completion of a tiered event, user's Completion Progress page lists them as "Unfinished"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to DrReb00t's Completion Progress;
2. Challenge League 2024 - Bronze (3 of 9 achievements) and Achievement of the Week 2024 - Akira Toriyama (all 6 achievements) are "Unfinished", even though both awards are listed in the Event Awards section of user's profile.

Expected behavior
Completed status for Challenge League 2024 - Bronze and Mastered for Achievement of the Week 2024 - Akira Toriyama (or other acknowledgement).

I'm not sure what direction we should take with a resolution to this.

The way the page and back-end code are currently designed, there are deep assumptions that everything on the list is a game. Events cannot support beaten awards, and "mastering" an event is somewhat of a misnomer.

I'm almost inclined to say we should rip automated events out of this page altogether and put them into a new view that's more tailored/specialized to them.
