Games can go over 100% beat percentage.

Describe the bug
The beat % in the games sorting list can go over 100%. This does not match the count on the game's page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://retroachievements.org/games
2. Click on Columns > Enable Beat %
3. Click on Beat % to sort by highest
4. See error
5. go to https://retroachievements.org/game/21580
6. See the amount of players and beats

Expected behavior
With 66 players and 66 beats, the beat % should be 100, not 101.5%.
