Subject: [PATCH] New rule addition to the Global Leaderboard Hunting rules

Make the following changes:

- Replace rule 9 (Do not be abusive to developers) as it's more moderator-related.
- New rule 9: Do not control multiple games at the same time with singular inputs.
- Add additional examples to Rule 6.
