Wind Waker - missing list of charts

In the Wind Waker's guide, under Cartophile and Legendary Atlas, there's no list of charts and where to find them. This is one of the main reasons I even came to the guide, so it's a little surprising to not see even an external site link here.

These should probably be added for future readers.
