I just wanted to drop a note that there are other 2.11BSD source reconstructions going on.

One is an effort by @bsdimp to reconstruct the source history back to patchlevel 0:

Thank you for sharing your projects. I didn't expect anybody to continue with 2bsd development. It's nice to see it going on.

By the way, I found in my archive and uploaded a repository with early stages of RetroBSD development: https://github.com/RetroBSD/retrobsd-early

RetroBSD started with a pristine copy of 2.11bsd on 2010-Dec-26. See commit f2ef8a7. In two years it turned into a pretty stable tiny Unix for pic32 microcontrollers.

You may find this repo useful, in case of need to figure out how to adapt the 2bsd sources to modern C compilers or fix pdp-11 dependencies. See the change log.
