Tidy up when content is deleted

Needs to tidy up when both

• A single piece of content is removed
• An entire application is removed

MetaData is now deleted when its parent IContent is deleted. However, when a group or application is removed, the content is orphaned. Add support for looping through content to avoid orphaned content.
