Review Function names & Parameter Names for consistency

Prior to 1.0, review function names & parameters for consistency. I've taken a quick look tonight and identified the following - this list is however by no means complete.

• Rename Add-SolrCore to Add-TelligentSolrCore
• Change default in Add-Solr core to be a modern core, not a legacy core.
• Review all uses of WebsitePath and JobServerPath. For cases where either can be used, useCommunityPath
• Remove Install-TeligentHotfix - if you tab complete on Install-T it beats Install-TelligentInstance
• Rename JobScheduler to Job server throughout. (Both in docs, and parameter names)
• In Install-Community rename
  • WebDomain -> WebsiteDomain
  • SqlCredential -> DatabaseCredential
  • ApiKey -> AdminApiKey
  • SolrCoreDir to SolrCoreDirectory (or maybeSolrHome?)
