[Improvement] Auras Readability - improve readablity by border width, color, size and place

Animated, alive and fresh, looks very well

Priority auras on left or right side, looks good too
Important auras likes Fear or Howl is big and in top of other auras

As feature, in Tracking, where black and white Lists, add "Important list", here user can set checkbox and color for each aura id
