splits cause frame ghosting #1
Description
when splitting is enabled, the frame at the point of splitting becomes the background for all additional frames in that split, seemingly due to an underlying issue in ppmlib's handling of frames. the output mp4 comes out accurate, but the split PPM files beyond the first end up garbled by this bug.
