9. Insert Image is not working on the WhiteBoard

Please elaborate where it is happening

Description:
9. Insert image button in the Whiteboard is not functioning properly. Possibly due to chunk load error in browser-fs module

Steps to reproduce:

• Open a Whiteboard
• Click on 9. Insert image button in toolbar
• Expected behavior:
• A window should've been opened to insert image files.

Actual behavior:

It does nothing.
