Remove unused imports and variables

Some files have unused imports and variables. These can be removed to decrease the build performance and reduce file size.

• ExecuteViewSubmitHandler.ts
• ExecuteActionButtonHandler.ts
• ExecuteBlockActionHandler.ts
• commandUtility.ts
• DeleteModal.ts

Hi @CulturalProfessor . There are some unused attributes defined in the constructor classes in some files, like ExecuteViewSubmitHandler.ts, commandUtility.ts, ExecuteActionButtonHandler.ts.

I've removed the unused imports,
Should these also be removed?
