More helpful error responses from web API #65
Description
Currently a 500 is thrown most of the time with no further information passed to the client.
Some common cases
- Image URL cannot be retrieved
- No valid images in
source_imagesPipelineRequest - Bad pipeline choice
Should be able to return a Pydantic validation error much of the time
