Rating dialog

I'm using version 5.14.1112 from the Mac App Store.

The application insists to be rated when it is launched, but the very first time I haven't used the app yet, so I have nothing to base a rating on.

Start rating is no way we are, we sell a lot of versions of this software, but we have not received any feedback advice before, we hope that through this method, it is possible to get more advice, I hope you can understand that we do mind! We very much hope to be able to get the user more feedback as soon as possible. Thank you!
